Personal Statement

I was born in Seattle and the greater Seattle area has been my home for more than 40 years.  I worked at Microsoft as a Program Manager in the Windows Division, and in 2000 I left Microsoft to pursue a career in Real Estate.  I founded Pacific Crest Mortgage, and I was a Mortgage Broker in Washington State for six years before joining Windermere as a Real Estate agent.

Professional Statement

My primary interest has always been in Real Estate, specifically residential homes. I have a varied background which uniquely qualifies me to be an exceptional Real Estate agent.

- As a former mortgage broker I have an excellent understanding of Real Estate finance, and have actively participated in hundreds of closed transactions.

- My experience at Microsoft taught me the importance of absolute customer focus, and to embrace technology as a means to work more effectively.

- As a Real Estate investor, I regularly buy and sell local properties, so I know what it's like to be in the current market.

Mission Statement

My goal is to represent my clients in an honest and professional manner which instills confidence and trust. I educate my clients in all aspects of their Real Estate transaction, thereby simplifying the buying and selling processes.
